2ND IS BEST... KICKBOXING CRAZY

 

 As Part of my 2015 "New Year: New Workouts" I choose to take a one hour kickboxing class this past Friday at I love kickboxing.com Pittsburgh for week number two! Let this be the first thing I say about it, my abs and back and legs are all sore today! They feel great - I can really tell I worked my WHOLE body in one hour! 

I personally enjoy high energy classes that include intervals, and high interval training. This class had both and the benefit of learning self defense.

This class is CRAZY AWESOME! TWO reasons why:

2. The workout itself! SO energetic, upbeat and fun! Talk about a stress reliever. I really enjoyed how you would learn a combo and then go to push-ups or jumping jacks. You STAY moving this whole class! The  movements change so often that time flies. If you have a high amount of stress carrying on you during the week then this is the way to release your negativity! kickboxing will get you results while building strength<3 

 

Go out and try something new... you may fall in love;)!
