AND WEEK 3 JUST FLOWS

This week was a class called: body flow. It's by Les Mills.

I was at back at my home- home: Lancaster PA (woot woot!) for two days this week for my Nans 71st Birthday! That was delightful in itself and then to top it off I had time to see my friends and we checked out a class at Spooky Nook sports! We took the bodyflow class which is a combo of Pilates and tah chi, it is kinda their version of yoga! ( I LOVE THEIR BODY PUMP CLASSES)  We did a good amount of balance poses which are my favorite!! I think because I was a cheerleader its like a challenge to myself and also it really forces you to concentrate which I love to practice! I was not covered in sweat after this class but I did good for my body, mind, and soul. We were lengthening, toning, and working on our flexibility. I find it is super beneficial to really keep your workouts changing- I mean doing different types. Do some running, yoga, kickboxing, dancing, isolation's, and swimming. Adding a variety of activity's really gets your whole body moving and will make you ready for anything!

This is really my point of doing this New Year: New Workout! Exploring different ways to get active while adding to your routine that you may have already! AND hey! If you don't have a routine yet- then hit me up and lets make one for ya!

I hope you enjoy hearing what I am trying out and my goal is to inspire you  to go do something new that makes you excited!

Get movin!
