DRINK UP!

I saw one of those healthy blurbs the other day that I really liked.


Drinking water all day can avoid exhaustion or something like that and great point indeed! I love the way I feel when I carry water with me all day and keep drinking constantly. Staying hydrated & not waiting until your thirsty is key!

I personally like to add lemon and limes- sometimes cucumber yummy summery bliss peeps! This tasty mix will boost the metabolism,  keep your skin glowing,  leave you  feeling more energized and  help digest your meals better! The benefits go on forever but some tips to keep the hydration up:

* get a cool water bottle or on the go cup that works for your style and encourages you to drink easy when running around

* add fruits and citrus to your water to give a refreshing taste!

* keep a glass pitcher in your fridge filled with lemon water - refill as soon as it gets low. & maybe only have water as a beverage at home ( milk too! )to keep you reaching for it

* find out if there is a little natural spring around you! We just were told about one around us. Save some plastic jugs and go fill err up with natural spring water!! The one we have locally only ask to pitch some change if possible.

* drink even when you are not thirsty - stay on top of the hydrating cycle!!!
