So it is Thursday and what other better way to reminisce than to think of the most recent certification SES IMAGE CONSULTING RECEIVED! 

CYCLE CERTIFIED YA"LL! It was such a great day. A few weeks back we headed to Ewnig New Jersey to take the workshop. I have always be such a fan of spin and love how the workout class thrives on energy. The lighting, the music, the instructor all determine if this becomes your new favorite workout. SO seven months pregnant I go into this. I knew there would be a workout portion and practical exam to complete the certification. We ended up being on the bikes after a mini workout & each person taught a song for two hours. My ass did hurt - but it was so fun seeing each individual personality come out in there demonstration_ its what I love about spin! 

SO I am really looking forward to teaching classes after little man comes out and making the most energetic and explosive class that kicks everyone's ass!
