LAST MINUTE MONDAY TONE - UPS!
A last minute Monday tone-up lesson!!! Use this as a mini go to when showing off certain areas of your body this summer. All under five minutes and can be done in your home.
Okay! Broke them down into large groups for a speedy solution: ( if you want more defined answers and descriptions, message me about a plan I can make specifically for you =))
Upper body:
- Do as many bicep curls as you can for a minute with weight
- 20 wall push ups
- tree hugs with no weight ( literally visualize hugging a tree )

Lower body:
- 50 squats - no weight
- 20 lunges - each leg
- 30 calf raises
- 30 dancer calf raises ( calf raises with heels touching, toes pointing outwards )

Midsection:
- one minute plank
- 30 crunches
- 30 second right plank
- 30 second left plank
- 30 second bicycle's

Backside:
- 20 right leg kicks to the back
- fire hydrants
- 20 left leg kicks to the back
- back crunches

I should say, these mini tone-ups are not going to give you a six pack to wear a crop top to the concert tonight. I am not for quick fixes - I do not want to promote thinking that a quick little this will do it for ya. A healthy balance in life is needed to life changing results.
