The top 5 moves to get your best summer body!

Okay so does anyone else feel like in January your planning your bikini body, setting goals and visualizing looking the sexiest you ever had this summer. Foreal this time. You start off strong, eat healthy here and there but then all the sudden when the heat turns up and you start having to wear less clothes you realize your not where you were planning to be. Its all the sudden May and you only have a short time before you start wearing your bathing suits. Your dreading feeling uncomfortable again this season. I think we can all agree at least at some point in our life we can relate to this.
This month Modern Muse wanted to share our top Five Power moves to get you results that will leave you feeling strong, lean & confident. Hold your self to a schedule that you enjoy. Even if you don't hit your ultimate goal, taking the steps to a healthier you is going to leave you feeling confident which is the most important thing! Treat yourself like a beautiful garden and take care of your self! I know this is so HARD especially if you are a Mom or have others to care for since we as women do usually put others needs in front of ours. Its nurturing, caring, and a bit exhausting am I right? hehe. This also ties in to mothers Day!
Our mothers have made so many sacrifices and done a ton of work to make us the great people we are today so don't forget about your Mum's Sunday May 13th - Mothers day! As a mother my self I would say this advice for gift giving. A gift is not important at all, yes we totally appreciate them and gifts are always nice but time is all we want =) My son is still young so he has no choice but to spend it with me but if your older or you have children just give your mother time and a special, simple, meaningful day. If she loves to plant maybe head to her place with a planting project you can do together over a yummy lunch you prepare yourself!
