5 ways to beat the winter blues!

Ekkk seasonal depression.. what a drag. Especially if you live in a gray area during the winter season, I have and do and I have come up with my top five ways to boot the winter blues out the front door baby!

  1. Essential Oils. I am not an oil seller but let me tell you these oils I snagged for less than $15 have brought me SO much joy! The lemon & orange combo is the citrus heaven that momma needs for energy! It is so invigorating!

  2. Get outside - the sun is medicine. Anytime outdoors does wonders! Literally if the sun is out and it is 30 degree bundle up and let that sun shine on you! A mini walk. go check out a body of water near you, take a hike - whatever your favorite part of nature is - get out there & enjoy it in all seasons ( safely of course! ) because it is so good for the soul!

  3. Fake tan - a little fake tan can go along way. I use this kind and love it! A little tan can lift your vibes, I’m serious!

  4. Healthy am routine that centers you. This routine can be used through out the day honestly. maybe we call this the Center Me Routine or Happy Me Routine!   5. Get out of the house - do something for you! You don’t need to spend money necessarily ( maybe gas ) but honestly when it dark and gloom sometimes you need to just get out. Take a drive, get a coffee, roam the thrift, whatever you need!
