Living alone lessons

Since moving out onto my own, which I absolutely love, I have learned a few things.

1. I hate doing dishes (I always new this but now I have been finding ways to make less! )

2. I love to eat out but I need to stop splurging of food that I can make at home that is healthier and cheaper

3. Re finding my health and fitness pattern

SO today what I am sharing is a lunch I made at home that is similar to what I wanted to go out and spend $10 dollars on and that was probably filled with 200+ calories compared to my version and the best part is... I only made made three dishes=)

WHAT IS IT:

Turkey+veggie sandy on everything thin bagel spread with roasted red pepper hummus, side of Lipton chick noodle soup( My favorite soup-need to try) .

Directions:

Take a spoon: pour a tablespoon amount of olive oil and spread onto dry bagel thin.

Next, use the same spoon to spread hummus onto bagel thin.

Layer cucumber onto one side of bagel and the other side line with three pieces of deli fresh smoked turkey breast.

Top off with little slices/hunks ( I had hunks and slices will be better because hunks fall out and make sandwich too thick.

boom! Then wipe that spoon off and use it for your soup!

Utensils used: spoon for spreading and souping, pot for soup and last a bowl for the soup!

How I saved calories: Eating at home with fresh veggies you calculate much better what you are putting into your body- at resteruants or any food vendor you are not always sure how it is cooked or prepared.

LESS DISHES:LESS CALORIES:LESS CASH
