WEEK FOUR TRX

Wow! I forgot to post the last week of my January 2015 New Year New Workout journey, this may be because I have had some very very awesome news that I will be sharing with everyone soon!

 TRX: IT was last but it was not the least! 
 

I took a TRX class at the South Hills JCC ( my new place or work for personal training ). This class was super cool and switched up your regular workouts. What it is:

 

Belts that hang from the ceiling and you suspend your self off of them, using your body weight as the workout. SO you can do squats, lunges, push ups, chest, planks, and many more different exercises! The reason it is so cool is it changes up those moves from doing them on the ground with kettle bells or hand weights into doing them with your body! You can make each workout harder or easier by simply moving your feet and changing the range of motion. A totally different type of class but worth trying out! You can actually buy an at home kit and do this in your house- I WANT!!
